1. Delivery
Shipping is carried out from our warehouse in Switzerland.
1.1 Delivery within Switzerland
Delivery is made via Swiss Post Ltd. (www.post.ch).
The following shipping options are available during checkout:
A-Post (Priority)
Delivery is generally made on the next working day.
Shipment includes tracking.
B-Post (Standard)
Delivery is generally made within 2–3 working days.
Shipments may be made without tracking.
The selected shipping method is displayed during the checkout process.
Delivery times are non-binding unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
1.2 International Delivery
International shipments are handled by suitable logistics partners (e.g., Swiss Post, DHL, FedEx, UPS).
Delivery time is generally 2–7 working days, depending on the destination country, shipping method, and product availability.
For international deliveries, additional customs duties, import taxes, or country-specific charges may apply. These costs are to be borne by the buyer.
Delays resulting from customs clearance or governmental measures are beyond our control.
1.3 Commencement of Delivery Period
The delivery period begins upon receipt of full payment.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday.
Orders received and paid for by 15:00 are generally shipped on the same working day.
Orders received later are processed on the next working day.
1.4 Partial Deliveries
Partial deliveries are permitted to the extent that they are reasonable for the customer.
2. Transfer of Risk
Upon handover of the goods to the transport company, the risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration passes to the buyer.
For shipments without tracking or without additional insurance (e.g., B-Post without tracking), no liability is assumed for loss or delay to the extent permitted by applicable law.
3. Delivery Delays
No liability is assumed for delivery delays caused by force majeure, strikes, transport disruptions, governmental measures, or other unforeseeable events.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process.
Free delivery:
- within Switzerland for orders over CHF 100
- to EU countries for orders over EUR 200
The decisive factor is the order value at the time of purchase.
5. Payment
Goods are generally shipped only after full payment has been received.
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
Payments are deemed received only upon irrevocable credit to our bank account.
MARYNA MARII KOSMETIK STUDIO reserves the right to exclude certain payment methods or to require advance payment.
6. Payment by Invoice
Where payment by invoice is offered, the invoice amount is due within 14 days net.
In the event of default in payment, we reserve the right to:
- charge reminder fees
- charge statutory default interest
- suspend further deliveries
